About
Flowing Wind is a collaborative blog where its creators — Fuuraiko and Maxim, share their thoughts on whatever captures their curiosity. Below is a brief introduction from each of them.
Words cannot tell the whole story — but honestly, who cares?
Fuuraiko
金輪際(こんりんざい)一生(いっしょう) 風来坊(ふうらいぼう)でい~や
The name Fuuraiko comes from the Japanese word 風来坊 (Fuuraibou) — someone who is always wandering.
Fuuraiko is the one who belongs to the wind. He loves freedom and follows his heart in everything he does.
-
Fuuraiko has wanted to be an astronomer since a very young age. Though he’s not studying astronomy at university, he is determined to reach the stars in his own way.
-
Fuuraiko learned coding in primary school. However, he failed to win prizes in several simple contests, which might be the reason why he stepped away from OI in high school.
-
Fuuraiko is currently majoring in EE. He finds that dealing with the real world through practical components and abstracting them into higher levels is far more engaging than writing algorithms on a computer.
-
Fuuraiko hasn’t decided what to do after graduation. He might become a mixed-signal IC engineer, or design RF chips. As for digital IC design, well, it could be an option.
-
Fuuraiko likes playing games, especially those with a great story; thus galgames are one of his favourite genres. He is quite bad at FPS and MOBA games. However, he always forgets to play games once he is absorbed in interesting work, and vice versa.

Fuuraiko has no resistance to cute things — and that goes for his girlfriend, too.
